Update Towny. Spigot's changes to how Async calls are made broke aspects of Towny. The head Dev has been busy with life as detailed here.
Continously update and test EssentialsX
Keep an eye on Spigot's overall performance and startup time. It takes 2-3 times as long as a well used server while still fresh and empty.
